As long-time Caldwell residents, they’ve built businesses rooted in service, integrity, and a passion for creating meaningful experiences. Richard owns and operates Thrive Lawn Care, known for dependable service and quality workmanship. Amber is the owner of House of HR, helping businesses grow through thoughtful payroll and HR solutions.

But beyond business, they’re parents of four and proud grandparents of two. Their life is filled with sports schedules, family traditions, camping trips, Disney adventures, board games around the table, and showing up for every milestone along the way.
